For this position, we anticipate an annual salary range between $60,000 - 85,000. Final employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing profitable new equipment leasing and finance vendor, distributor, dealer, and manufacturer relationships as well as maintaining existing relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships through regular contact (visits, calls, emails, texts, etc.).
- Leverage knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services to identify new opportunities.
- Establish specific sales and incentive programs to strengthen vendor partnerships.
- Represent Stearns Bank and its products professionally, maintaining a solid understanding of Equipment Finance, SBA, Nonprofit banking, and Deposit products.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to introduce services and new programs.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network to expand relationships and drive sales.
- Attend industry tradeshows to network and promote Stearns Bank and its products and services.
- Manage equipment finance and lease administration, including applications, legal documents, and payment calculations.
- Continuously improve sales skills using company-provided resources and staying informed on equipment leasing and finance trends and industry best practices.
- Utilize software tools such as T-Value, Info-Lease, Outlook, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
- Support training and development of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform related tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs.
- Literacy in English.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk, or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience in Equipment Finance.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer relation skills.
- Strong digital literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- SalesForce experience is a plus.
