We are seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-growing team and contribute to key sales processes, such as customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship management. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on upselling, renewals, and expanding relationships. You will report directly to the Director of Sales - EMEA.

If you’re passionate about being the best at what you do, Teleport is the place for youWhat You'll Be Doing:As a Teleport Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to sell Teleport’s products and services to existing customers while maintaining and supporting the relationship. Account Managers are responsible for uncovering growth opportunities and bringing them to close as well as ensuring on-time renewals. Account Managers are also responsible for forecasting Net ARR changes and keeping SFDC up to date. An Account Manager is responsible for keeping a healthy book of business. Your book of business will consist of ~100 accounts. Performance in the role is measured by growth in ARR and a retention rate above 90%. In order to achieve these goals, Account Managers must:Manage day to day communication with their book of accountsDrive adoption and create championsSeek out new opportunities for Teleport and be proactive about expansionDeliver on-time renewals Identify and mitigate risk for contraction/churnWho You Are:Experienced: Has 3+ years experience in startups, account management, sales development, sales, renewals, or customer success.
