WHO YOU ARE

Artemis Health is looking for a strong Accounting Manager to lead the monthly close and manage a great team. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years' experience, preferably in a high volume, software/SaaS pre-IPO or public company environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Manage the billing process for complex multi-year SaaS subscriptions based on a PEPM (per employee per month) structure as well as any related contract modifications, and renewals

Collaborate with Sales, Operations and other departments to ensure that customer pricing and other customer relationship decisions are handled in a timely and accurate manner

Manage accounts receivable and supervise the collections process, including customer billing inquiries, customer payments, and overall customer relationships

Manage sales and use tax compliance for states in which we have nexus

Assist in the accounts payable process as needed

Assist in the employee reimbursement process as needed

Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate internal financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)

Maintain and document control procedures and a system of policies and procedures

Process sales commissions, bonuses, and other variable compensation

Assist in the annual external audit for the company’s financial statements

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

Supports and promotes the vision, mission and core values of Artemis Health in professional image, personal interactions, communications

3+ years hands-on experience with payroll processes, accounts payable and accounts receivable

5-7 years of experience in accounting

Proficiency with finance and accounting systems, like Netsuite
