Our Marketing team is the technical engine driving TRACTIAN’s story, translating advanced industrial solutions into clear, impactful benefits for our customers. Covering every touchpoint—from acquisition to long-term engagement—we focus on customer impact, developing content that resonates with engineers and maintenance teams. Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, our team combines deep industry insights with research-driven messaging to empower prospects and customers to optimize their operations with TRACTIAN.
What will you do
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will act as the bridge between product knowledge and customer insights to execute retention and expansion strategies. Working with Product & Customer Marketing you will develop and implement operational initiatives such as crafting customer-facing materials (case studies, onboarding resources, and tutorials), translating product features into clear customer benefits, and enabling other marketing teams with precise, technically grounded content. Your role is instrumental in ensuring that customer-facing campaigns and materials are both accurate and impactful, driving adoption, loyalty, and expansion among Tractian’s enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and produce customer-facing materials, including case studies, technical documentation, onboarding content, and tutorials for Tractian products.
Integrate customer insights into content for retention and expansion efforts, such as exclusive project materials, referral campaigns, and educational resources.
Work with Product teams to gain deep insights into new features and translate these into customer-centric materials and go-to-market documentation, highlighting benefits and real-world applications.
Assist in Customer Analytics by tracking feature usage, customer feedback, and adoption metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for targeted engagement and improvements in go-to-market strategies.
Create visually engaging and technically accurate materials for onboarding and advanced engagement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Success, or a technical writing role within SaaS or B2B industries.
Strong technical background with the ability to translate product features into customer value.
Proficiency in creating customer-facing content such as onboarding materials, FAQs, and case studies.
Experience working with data analytics tools to measure customer engagement and campaign success.
Collaborative mindset to work across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, or related industrial technology.
Experience in creating and delivering training content, with a focus on practical applications in industrial settings.
Background in sales enablement or customer training in technical fields.
Familiarity with industrial software and IoT technologies used in plant operations.
Experience in conducting workshops or training sessions for non-technical teams.
Certification or advanced training in engineering, technical writing, or content marketing.
Knowledge of data analysis and content performance measurement tools.
Passion for staying up-to-date with technological advancements and content trends.
Comfort with public speaking and presenting content to various audiences.
