We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Germany & Austria (m/f/d) to lead marketing strategies and campaigns within the assigned region. This role involves managing product launches, conducting market research, creating tailored marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support local sales efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies and product launches in alignment with EMEA teams.
  • Manage pricing, value propositions, and sales forecasts to meet revenue and margin goals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Create and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content for local markets.
  • Organize local events, workshops, and educational programs to raise awareness and engage stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, scientific societies, and other external partners.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide necessary tools, training, and resources to ensure successful product promotion.
  • Track product performance, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and local market requirements.
  • Report regularly on launch progress, competitive analysis, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in managing product launches and executing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions based on data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluency in English.
