As our new HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you’ll be at the heart of it all—supporting leaders, developing people, and strengthening our unique company culture. What You Bring to the Team
  • Experience & Passion – You bring at least 3 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a Business Partner role, where you thrived on both strategic and operational HR. You enjoy working closely with leadership, driving cultural transformation, and making a real impact.
  • Empathy & Influence – You know how to connect with people at all levels, inspire change through coaching and collaboration, and provide clear, constructive feedback that empowers employees and leaders alike.
  • Vision & Action – You think big but also love getting things done. You take ideas and turn them into real, tangible outcomes, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
  • HR Knowledge & Integrity – You have a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices and use this expertise to ensure compliance while keeping processes people-centric. You bring integrity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to your work.
  • Communication & Energy – You bring positivity, clarity, and confidence when engaging with leaders and employees. Your strong communication skills help you foster trust, alignment, and a shared vision.
  • Language & Agility – You’re fluent in English (German is a big plus!) and feel at home in an international, dynamic workplace. You embrace change with a proactive mindset and love optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency.
