Key responsibilities:
Performance monitoring and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics and dashboards to monitor commercial performance, track progress against targets, and identify areas of improvement. Generate regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
Pipeline Management: Take a lead role in managing the revenue/opportunity pipeline quality and driving its efficiency. Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and deal closure. Continuously analyse pipeline data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
Required education, experience and job-related skills:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Process Design, Commercial Operations, Change Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
General behavioural competencies most relevant for the job:

Willing to travel when required (5%)
