Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement commercial excellence strategies: Collaborate with regional sales team and cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial excellence processes and initiatives.

  • Sales enablement tools training: Conduct sales enablement tools (CRM, Quotation and Power BI platforms) training sessions. Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of these tools.

  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics and dashboards to monitor commercial performance, track progress against targets, and identify areas of improvement. Generate regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.

  • Commercial operations optimization: Streamline commercial processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.

  • Pipeline Management: Take a lead role in managing the revenue/opportunity pipeline quality and driving its efficiency. Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and deal closure. Continuously analyse pipeline data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance and achieving revenue targets.

  • Support and participate in cross-functional strategic projects.

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Process Design, Commercial Operations, Change Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

  • High proficiency in using digital tools : Microsoft Excel (Large data set analysis), CRM (Dynamics 365/ SFDC) and analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI)

  • Strong knowledge in Pipeline Management, Sales Process and Commercial Excellence

  • A past experience in trainings, change management, and teamwork at regional level is a plus

  • Prior work experience in Coatings/ Marine/ Oil & Gas/ Industrial/ Chemical is preferred and other B2B industrial experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate business insights and recommendations from data set

  • Good communication (written & oral) and presentation skills

  • Excellent planning and project management skills
