We’re excited to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as a Graduate!

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and successful team, developing your customer service and sales skills. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and support the sales process. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll hit the ground running, make a real impact, and have opportunities for career growth and development.

Role responsibilities may include: 

• Plan and prioritise sales support activities to meet business goals while effectively managing your time and productivity.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and escalate them to Business Development Managers.
• Apply problem-solving skills to complete tasks efficiently and contribute to team success.
• Maintain accurate sales records, performance metrics, and customer database updates.
• Provide administrative support for tenders, bids, and other sales-related documents.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.
• Follow company and client policies, procedures, and best practices with attention to detail.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

• A keen interest in technology and a desire to develop skills in IT hardware product and services
• Strong customer/vendor relationship building and management skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise
• A team player and also have the ability to work independently

• Need to clear an Australian Police Clearance
• Availability: Full Time
