What you'll do:
As the Business Development representative-Wine and Spirits, you will be responsible for driving new wine label sales for Fortis Solutions Group. You will be expected to identify prospects, meet with prospects onsite at their locations, and generate opportunities to quote on the business of prospects. You will be expected to secure new business to exceed sales goals. You will work in coordination with the company’s management team and customer service representatives and utilize the company provided CRM tool to manage all sales related activities, including opportunities, customer visits, and estimates.
Qualified candidates will reside within California and have at least 3-5 years of prior experience in the wine industry, wine label sales or wine & spirits sales. As an ideal candidate, you should also possess solid prospecting and networking skills and the ability to develop life-long customer relationships. We're looking for outgoing, motivated and driven individuals with a customer-first mentality and the ability to win new business!
This position offers a base salary plus uncapped, tiered commission* on all sales, resulting in a total compensation ranging from $75,000 to $150,000 or more, annually, based on individual sales results.
