About the Role:

As Manager, Professional Services, you will oversee and support a team of Professional Services Consultants, who are responsible for implementing our ICM solution for clients. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure our clients receive high-quality service and solutions tailored to their needs.

Team Leadership & Development Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and career development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Recruit and onboard top talent to support business growth.

  • Project Oversight & Delivery Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality implementation of the ICM platform for clients.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges, working closely with consultants to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards to optimize service delivery.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring successful implementations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize value from our SaaS platform.

  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for service delivery, team utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance implementation efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on platform enhancements based on customer implementations.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Implementation within a SaaS or Enterprise Software environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, coaching and developing technical consulting teams.
  • Experience with data integration, configuration, or business process automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external teams.

  • Bonus Points:
  • Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), or Financial/HR technology solutions.
  • Experience with ICM platforms such as Xactly, Varicent, or Anaplan.
  • Technical expertise in SQL, ETL, or scripting languages.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.), and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
