Role Name: Appointment Setter for Solar Solutions

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

Embark on an exciting career as an Appointment Setter in the thriving solar energy sector. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, igniting their interest in sustainable energy solutions. Utilizing your persuasive communication skills and persistent nature, you’ll convert leads into valuable appointments, directly contributing to the growth of solar adoption. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the environment while developing your sales and customer service expertise in a fast-paced, virtual setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily, aiming for 300 dials and connecting with approximately 100 contacts
  • Implement a strategic multi-call approach, persistently following up with aged leads throughout the day to maximize contact rates
  • Utilize Go High Level CRM to efficiently manage leads, meticulously track calls, and maintain comprehensive notes
  • Master and apply provided scripts and objection handling techniques to effectively set appointments
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of solar solutions, addressing queries and concerns with confidence
  • Maintain an unwavering positive and enthusiastic attitude across multiple call attempts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to stay updated on current promotions and offers
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and deepen product knowledge
  • Adapt swiftly to evolving scripts and call strategies as directed by management
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for building rapport quickly
  • Proven track record in outbound calling, preferably in appointment setting or sales roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of 7-8 hours per day
  • Exceptional listening skills coupled with the ability to overcome objections effectively
  • Genuine interest in or basic understanding of solar energy and renewable technologies
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet performance metrics
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
