Role Overview:
The Growth Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) in executing strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. This role will involve a mix of strategic planning, data analysis, marketing support, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for growth strategies and a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Chief Growth Officer:
- Assist the CGO in developing and executing growth strategies to expand patient acquisition, retention, and market share.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Staff, to align growth strategies with organizational goals.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., patient acquisition costs, conversion rates, retention rates) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress toward growth goals and present findings to leadership.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient engagement and operational efficiency.
3. Marketing & Patient Acquisition Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new patients and build brand awareness.
- Monitor the performance of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising, and recommend optimizations.
- Explore new channels and partnerships to expand our reach in the orthopedic and sports medicine markets.
4. Strategic Project Management:
- Lead or support special projects, such as market research, competitive analysis, or pilot programs, to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute growth-related initiatives.
5. Operational Support:
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Support the CGO in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions to drive scalability.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or business development, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative on projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chicago resident
- MBA from Chicago-based university
- Experience working in a startup or rapid-growth environment.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly in orthopedics or sports medicine.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
