What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for a Performance rate specialist to join our Operations team. The performance rate specialist is responsible for monitoring and supervising the performance of our local partners and optimizing conversion rate results. The performance rate specialist works diligently to ensure that our providers perform at a high quality.
What will I be doing?Understands dLocal operations in order to detect and prevent operational and system/technical problems and suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking;Analyze the approval rates and generate accurate and optimized reports that support the entire team in a good decision-making strategy;Designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement and align teams to organizational goals;Map user experience for each payment method and standardize payment flow between providers;Join high-performing optimization teams composed of professionals from diverse areas, all dedicated to achieving the best possible results for our customers.What skills do I need?Analytically driven with experience manipulating large data sets and drawing actionable insights from data;1+ years of experience in payments analytics;Data Analysis tools (SQL, Kibana, Looker, New Relic, Coralogix);Curious profile, positive attitude, and problem-solving attitude;Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects at the same time;Fluent English.What do we offer?
