The Senior Digital Media Manager is a key individual contributor on our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. This role leads our digital media go-to-market efforts across priority campaigns, partnering with various teams to develop cross-channel media plans. The position requires expertise in market and audience research, media planning, and optimizing the digital customer journey.

As the Senior Digital Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, driving campaign success, and contributing to the organization's growth objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our digital customer journey and maximizing campaign outcomes through data-driven decision-making and innovative media planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cross-channel media strategies for priority marketing campaigns, aligning with organizational objectives and target outcomes
  • Conduct digital audience research to inform channel and tactic selection for effectively reaching target personas
  • Present media strategy recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, proactively clarifying strategies when necessary
  • Collaborate with Integrated Campaigns and Brand Creative teams to develop engaging ads, content, and web experiences following media best practices
  • Partner with regional team members to determine campaign support levels for global and local programs
  • Manage expectations and drive cross-functional alignment across multiple campaigns
  • Work with Analytics team to establish measurement frameworks for digital media campaigns aligned with program goals
  • Analyze data and establish test plans to improve campaign performance and enhance digital experiences
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ years specifically in digital media planning
  • Proven B2B marketing experience
  • Expert in analyzing complex data sets to make informed decisions and share insights
  • Proficient in building media plans from scratch with evolving requirements
  • Expert knowledge of digital channel strategies and targeting capabilities
  • Strong project management skills to ensure timely campaign launches
  • Experience in applying audience research to inform media placements, ad formats, creative, offers, messaging, and web experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying strategy and insights

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
