Job description

Job Description: Lead Identity Architect – IGA
Location: USA or Canada - Remote

Simeio is looking for an experienced Lead Identity Architect specializing in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our innovative team. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in architecting and implementing solutions across multiple IGA platforms to address complex identity management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of robust IGA solutions for diverse client environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams of engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and develop scalable, secure IGA strategies.
Deliver solutions leveraging expertise in two or more IGA tools, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, IBM Security Identity Manager, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity governance, access control, and security.
Drive continuous improvements and innovation within IGA solutions and processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading IGA projects and managing technical teams.
Deep knowledge of identity governance principles, including lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with at least two or more IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Forgerock, Microsoft, etc.).
Strong understanding of integration with enterprise systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
