Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 Sydney)


  • Generate and send invoices to clients using Xero accounting software.

  • Track invoice payments and maintain an up-to-date record of outstanding invoices.

  • Follow up on overdue invoices by sending reminders and emails.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices to align with the company's financial operations.

  • Coordinate with the team to confirm received payments and update financial records accordingly.

  • Provide basic financial administrative support as required.




Requirements
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software (required).

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Reliable and organized, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
