Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Queensland Time (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break

As we build our SOPs, social media presence, and Google SEO, we need a proactive professional who can drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Design and execute data-driven digital campaigns.
Conduct client onboarding to tailor marketing strategies.
Utilize AI tools and automation for campaign optimization.
Develop SOPs for scalable marketing activities.

SEO & Digital Presence:

Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and ranking monitoring.
Build and maintain websites and landing pages.
Analyze social media and SEO performance for optimization.

Social & Outreach Strategies:

Run outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and social platforms.
Work with creative teams to develop engaging content.
Implement A/B testing to improve engagement.

Automation & Performance Optimization:

Identify and implement marketing automation solutions.
Use AI-driven insights for customer acquisition and retention.
Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
Hands-on expertise in Google SEO and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, AI, and data analytics.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Experience in website management (WordPress, basic coding is a plus).
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
