Senior Business Analyst

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the mapping, implementation, and improvement of business processes, documentation, and systems for ICT processes, security, and risk management projects in the financial and insurance industries.
• Work with a team of strategy consultants and analysts to gather process, system, and data requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Design, document, and analyze business processes, creating business artifacts, data models, and requirements mapping.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, including process maps, and manage JIRA backlog with epics and user stories.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in ICT regulatory compliance, risk management, and security, ideally within the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and cloud data environments, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in English.
• Expertise in business analysis techniques, process diagramming (BPMN 2.0), and tools like Draw.io, MS-Visio, and Excel for data analysis/modeling.
• Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and MS-Purview SQL, with experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
