About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a strong pipeline of business opportunities through strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to collaborating with partners and our sales team to deliver effective learning technology solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic partner plan for the APAC region that aligns with the company’s business objectives and sales targets.Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and enhance business growth.Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure they are engaged and achieving their sales targets.Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-branded marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns.Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and promote Docebo’s products effectively.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all partner activities and direct sales initiatives.Monitor partner performance, providing guidance and support to enhance their sales activities and meet regional sales goals.Conduct regular reviews and report on the progress of partner activities, including pipeline management and revenue achievement.Represent Docebo at partner events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities within the region to adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or channel sales in the Experience in software or learning technology industries.Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and developing strategic partnerships.Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.Fluent in English; proficiency in additional APAC regional languages is highly desirable.
