Your Job

As a Video Business Development Manager, your mission is to drive the growth of Viously by building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with top-tier publishers and media platforms. You will develop innovative video monetization strategies, position Viously as a key player in the digital video ecosystem, and ensure our partners maximize their revenue potential.

With a strong background in video distribution and monetization, you bring expertise in industry-leading video players such as Dailymotion, Digiteka, Primis, JWPlayer, or Brightcove, enabling you to identify and seize new opportunities in the evolving digital landscape.

To specify

  • Drive sales of the Viously video product to prospective clients.
  • Handle responses to RFPs for publisher partnerships in France and internationally.
  • Develop and enhance the Viously CTV offering.
  • Act as a liaison between prospect and the internal product team.
  • Lead a network of independant business developers across Europe.

Your profile for this job
  • 10+ years of experience in ad-tech, with at least 5 years in video business development, distribution, or monetization.
  • Deep understanding of the video ecosystem, including video players (Dailymotion, Digiteka, Primis, JWPlayer, Brightcove), ad serving, and programmatic video monetization.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with publishers, broadcasters, and media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present, negotiate, and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations for revenue optimization.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; French or German is a strong plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Solid understanding of the EMEA digital publishing landscape, including regional challenges and opportunities.
