Sentara Healthcare is hiring a Client Support Specialist!

Position Status: Full-time, Days

Position Location: Remote ONLY in the state of Virginia. Must be located in Virginia.

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday - Friday

Required qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 4 years related years of experience in Business Acumen, Administrative, Customer Relations or related field.

  • Must obtain a L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook, Word, and Excel Highly Preferred

Job responsibilities:

  • Support (Sr.) (Regional) Client Executive and (Sr.) Client Specialist in their strategies to retaining profitable business in the Large Group segment. Interact with Consultants, Brokers, and Benefit Administrators and Optima Health business units to achieve these objectives.
