About The Opportunity

As a Services Consultant at Ceridian, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our workforce management solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers room for growth and development.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Implement and configure Ceridian's workforce management software to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use the software.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exposure in SQL, and experience in ERP application will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in workforce management or related field is a plus.
