Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a German Speaking Streaming Platform Client Support Specialist, working remotely from Greece! If you have a passion for technology and love helping customers, this role is tailored for you.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients using our streaming platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries, technical issues, and general support related to the platform, ensuring they have a seamless streaming experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client support to German-speaking users through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to the streaming platform.
  • Respond to inquiries about platform features, functionality, and account management.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in the support system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform features to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Actively engage with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and address potential concerns.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in client support or customer service, preferably in a tech or streaming environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and streaming platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive and adaptable, capable of thriving in a remote work setting.
  • Currently residing in Greece or able to work within Greek time zones.
