Job description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Email & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s brand marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong willingness to learn and basic experience or coursework in digital marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all customer-facing digital content meets quality standards and aligns with the client’s brand voice and visual identity. This position will focus on assisting with email and website updates while collaborating across teams to contribute to overall marketing success.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in maintaining and updating email tasks within Monday.com, providing timely status updates with guidance from senior team members.

  • Assist in reviewing email content to ensure alignment with the client’s brand voice and visual identity.

  • Participate in the QA process for email and SMS campaigns, checking data accuracy, links, and imagery.

  • Assist in reviewing landing page functionality and product detail pages (PDPs) for both desktop and mobile platforms.

  • Help with updating collection pages, ensuring consistency across the client’s website.

  • Work with the client’s marketing team to support accurate audience segmentation in campaigns.

  • Assist in coordinating email needs and schedules across departments.

  • Help ensure email and website assets are aligned across teams.

  • Learn how to monitor email and SMS performance metrics and provide basic insights under supervision.

  • Support brainstorming sessions on email layout, subject lines, and preview text to optimize engagement.

  • Stay up-to-date with Canto for image management and brand assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or relevant coursework.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and eagerness to learn more about Email Lifecycle Marketing.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.

  • A proactive, quick learner with a positive attitude and team-player mindset.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Monday.com, and Canto is a plus but not required.

  • Interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
