  • You will be required to utilize your personal equipment for this position (computer, headset, and relevant accessories).
  • 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, Philippine time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, reporting to the New Zealand-based Marketing manager you are responsible for tracking key performance metrics, managing marketing budgets, assisting with project briefs, conducting SEO tasks, drafting and scheduling EDMs, overseeing social media scheduling, and researching and creating blog content. By leveraging data-driven insights and strategic execution, this role supports overall marketing effectiveness and brand growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager in executing and maintaining the marketing plan to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics from multiple sources, primarily Google and HubSpot, to measure marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of marketing expenditures, categorizing transactions, and generating reports to ensure budget tracking and financial accountability.
  • Supporting the development of project briefs for the Designer, ensuring clear objectives, requirements, and guidelines are effectively communicated.
  • Conducting fundamental SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
  • Creating and scheduling Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns to ensure timely and targeted communication with the audience, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Researching and drafting blog posts to enhance brand authority and engagement. 
  • Scheduling social media content to maintain a consistent online presence. 
  • Performing SEO and content writing to optimize digital reach and visibility.
 

Position Prerequisites

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suites.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot is a must.
  • Experienced in SEO, including website content optimization and search ranking improvements, as well as managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to enhance engagement and boost conversions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Imaginative, passionate, and adaptable with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
