As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll be the ultimate interview orchestrator, balancing complex schedules like a pro and making sure every candidate feels like a VIP. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers across the globe. We're looking for a calendar Tetris Master with a love for details and a knack for creative problem-solving and a huge sense of urgency. If you’re someone who thrives on delivering a stellar candidate experience and loves keeping things organized, we want you! This is a 6-month contract role working remotely.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle coordination of candidate interviews, including scheduling across the globe
  • Roll out the red carpet for candidates, making sure their experience is smooth, engaging, and unforgettable
  • Own your workflow and partner with recruiters, executive assistants, and hiring teams to deliver top-notch results
  • Become the candidate experience guru for your teams
  • Reporting: Preparing daily staffing reports and tracking staffing metrics
  • Record keeping: Maintaining employee records and staffing records
  • Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide a white-glove service to both internal stakeholders and candidates, ensuring everyone feels valued and informed

  • Qualifications:
  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of problem-solving under pressure
  • Self-starter that takes pride in your work
  • Exceptional organizational skills - you can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools like Lever, Ashby or Greenhouse is required
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a laser focus on delivering an outstanding experience to both candidates and internal teams
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift in the blink of an eye
  • Ability to hold to our process and not be swayed to individual requests that take us off track
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up

  • Working Model:
  • This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
