Your mission
- Conduct live confined space demonstrations for clients, distributors, and partners, showcasing the drone and software capabilities and technical features.
- Perform regular flight testing in the field and gather feedback to improve product features and performance.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for distributors and partners, covering drone operation, software use, safety, and troubleshooting.
- Update and maintain technical documents such as training materials, and user manual to support effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Provide ongoing support and refresher training to ensure distributor competence in using drones and software.
- Manage remote drone repairs, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize customer downtime.
- Coordinate field operations logistics, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment readiness, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
