Join Us: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management within the advertising or marketing industry. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.
  • Implement and manage operational systems and procedures to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, technology, and finances, to meet project needs.
  • Work closely with department heads to forecast resource requirements and ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
  • Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and clients to define project scopes and deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the agency's budget.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Address client concerns and escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the agency complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Background & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of advertising processes, including creative development, media buying, and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, resources, and teams.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
