As the Manager, Affiliate you will:
Client Management & Leadership: Lead the strategic alignment of affiliate marketing initiatives with client objectives, ensuring that recommendations drive performance and growth. Engage with key client stakeholders to discuss affiliate strategies, offering insights to enhance program effectiveness.
Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee the seamless onboarding and transitions of affiliate marketing accounts, introducing innovative strategies to expand reach and revenue. Ensure that affiliate tracking and ad operations are accurately delivered, partnering with the ad ops team to provide best-in-class guidance.
Team Leadership & Development: Provide coaching and feedback to affiliate team members, ensuring that they meet performance goals and deliver optimal results. Support the team in developing strong affiliate partnerships and fostering ongoing program improvement.
Business Acumen & Financial KPIs: Collaborate with leadership to set financial targets for affiliate programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI. Monitor affiliate program margins and ensure financial goals are met.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and industry shifts to implement innovative tactics that enhance performance. Drive thought leadership by introducing cutting-edge strategies to improve affiliate campaign effectiveness.
Client Education: Equip clients with the knowledge to confidently discuss affiliate marketing strategies, ensuring they understand the value and impact of affiliate efforts.
Industry Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of affiliate marketing trends, emerging networks, and platform updates to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Channel-Specific Expertise in Affiliate Marketing:
Design and implement affiliate marketing strategies that align with business goals, identifying new affiliate partnerships to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and networks, optimizing performance through regular communication and strategic reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate strategies with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and negotiating favorable terms with affiliates and networks.
Analyze affiliate performance metrics and provide leadership to ensure continuous improvement and successful execution of strategies.
Professional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Affiliate roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns
Management or mentor experience preferred.
Lead Generation experience preferred.
Expertise in leading Affiliate platforms and tools required.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
The hiring salary range for this role is ($85,000 - $95,000) plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to (10%) of base salary.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
