VP of Business Development (5+ Yrs. Affiliate Marketing Exp. Req.) - REMOTE Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and elevate market presence in the affiliate publishing space

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies

• Forge strategic partnerships that drive revenue and gross margin

• Develop and execute business plans for revenue and gross margin growth

• Own the complete sales process, from outreach to negotiations and relationship management

• Identify opportunities for growth through new and existing clients.

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships to identify partnership opportunities

• Lead and mentor a small team of sales professionals

• Drive profitable growth through innovative affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development with company goals

• Represent the brand at industry events to enhance visibility and forge partnerships

• Analyze data and generate insights to optimize performance and revenue growth

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape strategic direction and growth

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• 10+ years of marketing business development experience is required

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing required

• Enterprise brand/agency partnership experience required

• Ability to travel up to 30%-40% required
