The IT Recruiter is not just responsible for filling positions but also developing strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the hiring process. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the IT job market trends.
  • Create attractive job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential hires.
  • Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to clients.
  • Manage relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Negotiate job offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track hiring statistics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Organize and attend job fairs to promote the organization.
  • Implement creative recruiting strategies to enhance candidate engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networking sites.
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships.
