We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join the Shanahan Engineering team on a 12+ month FTC basis. The purpose of the position is to ensure that all payroll is prepared and processed accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all employees are paid in line with their contractual entitlements and in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Ensure payslips/expense statements are saved in order for them to be issued to employees on a timely basis.
Managing payroll queries.
Loading weekly hours onto the system.
Post all contractor invoices to iFlight.
Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business from time to time.
Required Skills / Knowledge
Attention to detail and process ownership.
Understanding and reporting of exceptions to processes on a timely basis.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to tight deadlines and willingness to work as required to meet deadlines. Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting payroll.
Experience
Previous Experience in Payroll Required
Education Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or Finance
Physical Requirements
This position is fully remote and can be based in Ireland or UK.
