Job description


Senior Payroll Administrator

The primary responsibilities of the remote Senior Payroll Administrator are; processing, and reporting of payroll data, as well as maintaining the accuracy and completeness of payroll records and timesheet database; handle more complicated transactions and works with Payroll Supervisor in setting policies and procedures, communicating with outside vendors and responding to internal employee problems, questions, and timecard and time tracking issues. May travel to the Jacksonville or Orlando offices on rare occasions for meetings or team events.

Reporting Relationships:

 Reports directly to Payroll Supervisor LHH

 Teams with all LHH and Adecco HR, Accounting & Finance personnel

Direct Reports:

 None; however, acts as a lead knowledge resource on more complex transactions.



Major Responsibilitie

s Coordinate/confirms employee additions/changes with HR & input required changes into the payroll syste

m Process payroll accurately and on a timely basi

s Review complete payroll for accuracy prior to final calculation and confirm, also afterward review final produc

t Answer payroll, timecard, and ADP Workforce Now (WFN) questions and resolve issues especially those related to more complex transactions. Supports the payroll managemen

t Process all PTO requests and calculate all unused PTO upon employee’s terminatio

n Coordinate reports through ADP, custom reports and iReport

s Ensure child support, IRS and other garnishments are properly deducted and processed through ADP WF

N Maintain accurate and orderly individual payroll file

s Ensure that each employee has a W-4 on file, TD1, and direct deposit documentatio

n Research employee inquiries including employment verification, workers compensation, 401K, among other

s Run Queries and reports as requested by Finance or H

R Process Timesheets from AD

P Handle high volume of filing in a digital environmen

t Handle high volume of employee and manager calls to resolutio

n Maintain accurate filling syste
