We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.

Your mission

With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for the following tasks:

Provide first and second level support for AWS, Atlassian, G-Suite, Azure Active Directory, Slack, Gitlab, Miro, MongoDB.
Employee lifecycle management (Onboarding/ Offboarding)
Support, maintenance and setup of clients via MDM software
Asset management and maintenance of licenses

What we need from you

You are a matriculated student, preferably studying IT or business informatics
You have experience with different Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux and MacOS
You understand technical contexts
Familiarity with IAM technologies such as IdP, SSO, MFA, and RBAC(desired, but not required)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and German.
A great culture fit in order to have smooth communication with stakeholders.
