Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Development Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and industry trends. Your Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Monitor and track industry news, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging trends and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new markets and products.
Build sophisticated financial and pricing models to address complex questions.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.
Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new business initiatives, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of experience of working as an Analyst, in Strategy, Consulting, or Finance, preferably in a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel/Google Sheets required) to effectively communicate findings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and partners on all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
High level of self-motivation, initiative, and a proactive mindset.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000

*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.

**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
