Business Development Analyst Poultry Processing |

Location: Work Everywhere

Employment Type: Full-time

Our client is a leading solutions provider in the poultry processing industry, delivering innovative and high-quality solutions to optimize processing operations. We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to drive growth and expansion by leveraging technical and commercial expertise in poultry processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Business Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in poultry processing and OEM.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.
  • Sales & Commercial Development:
  • Support sales teams with technical knowledge and commercial insights.
  • Engage with clients to understand their processing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to drive sales growth.
  • Technical & Product Expertise:
  • Understand and analyze various types of poultry processing systems and technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory standards.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including poultry processing companies and OEM manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in poultry processing OR 3-5 years in poultry OEM.
  • Strong understanding of poultry processing types, including slaughtering, deboning, packaging, and automation.
  • Solid technical knowledge of poultry processing equipment and industry standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business strategies and drive sales.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in market research and business modeling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
