Job Title: Remote Real Estate Acquisition Closer (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000 USD base + ($2-3K in commissions based on performance)

Schedule: Eastern time zone, Monday to Friday

  • Willing to work weekends and after-hours to close deals, when necessary
  • Flexible on the time as long as this individual is able to work one of the schedules below:
  • 10am to 7pm
  • 11am to 8pm
  • 9am to 6pm

  • Utilize platforms like Redfin to research comparable properties and generate competitive offers based on market trends.
  • Conduct thorough phone conversations, ensuring clear communication and patience, especially with older clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to effectively follow up on leads in a timely manner, maintaining a structured approach to customer relationship management.
  • Comfortably work outside of standard hours, even on weekends if necessary, to ensure timely responses and deal closures.
  • Proactively update and manage customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Possess a high level of tech-savviness to navigate various digital tools and platforms effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills to quickly establish rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills to follow up on leads promptly and manage a customer pipeline efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy to navigate tools like Redfin for property research and CRM systems for customer management.
  • Previous sales experience (Mandatory)
  • High ticket sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent English level both written and spoken
