Job description

• QuickBooks Management: The candidate will manage and optimize QuickBooks for the manufacturing and assembly business, ensuring accurate financial records, transactions, and reporting.
• Accounts Receivable (A/R) & Accounts Payable (A/P): The role will oversee and maintain A/R and A/P processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and accurately tracking outstanding balances.
• Payroll Processing: The candidate will handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Inventory Control: The candidate will monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking in QuickBooks and smooth operations in the manufacturing process.
• Data Entry & Reconciliation: The candidate will perform precise data entry and ensure bank reconciliations are completed on time, resolving any discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
