What you will be doing?:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR Team on a permanent basis. We are on a exciting journey here at Forward Trust, entering a period of growth and change!
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead we are transforming the Talent Acquisition function by implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and redefining our recruitment processes.
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment activity here at Forward Trust. Managing entry to mid-level vacancies through our brand new ATS. Supporting our hiring managers when raising a vacancy right through to onboarding new starters. You will be comfortable liaising with external providers, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and focusing on the overall candidate experience.
What we are looking for?:
This fast paced, challenging position requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with an emphasis on multitasking on a wide variety of recruitment & talent related tasks.
You will have experience working at Advisor level working vacancies from start to finish, have previously used an ATS and be comfortable with MS Excel. You will be confident when it comes to your ability and your Talent Acquisition knowledge around processes should be competent.
Ultimately, the role holder will always look to do the right thing for the wider business and be motivated by helping in the transformation and modernisation of the Talent Acquisition function at Forward Trust.
Please note this is a permanent remote role where you will be home based and on ocassion be required to come to our London Offices.
