Are you a skilled recruiter who thrives on finding the right talent for the right roles? Viva is looking for a Sr. Full-Cycle Recruiter / Talent Partner to help us grow our team by driving the hiring process for key internal roles, including Sales, People Management, and more.
You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring leaders to ensure smooth and effective recruitment that reflects Viva’s values and mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit Top Talent: Support the full hiring process—from job intake and description writing to assessment creation, interviews, and offer negotiations—for a variety of internal roles.
- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with team needs and business goals.
- Ensure a Great Candidate Experience: Represent Viva’s culture by delivering a professional, engaging, and supportive experience for every candidate.
- Improve Processes: Help refine sourcing methods, assessments, and workflows to keep the recruitment process effective and efficient.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and nurture potential candidates for future openings.
What We’re Looking For:
- English Fluency: Advanced proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Education: Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and designing competency-based assessments.
- Versatility: Comfortable hiring for various roles, including Sales and People Management.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting for English-speaking roles in Latin America.
- Bonus Points: Experience in TaaS or SaaS industries.
