Who can apply:
  • Post Graduates and have relevant skills and interests
  • Ready to relocate to Navi Mumbai if staying in some other city
  • Candidates who are available to work full time at Navi Mumbai Kharghar (5 min walk from Railway station or Highway)
  • Candidates who are ready to start working on probation. (Duration of Probation: 3 Months followed by full-time job)
Salary:
During the probation period, the salary will be Rs. 10000 Per month+incentives
After the 3 months, the salary will be up to 3 Lac + performance-linked Incentives

Monthly Incentives during On the Job Training -  ( Incentive structure for full time employees are different ) : 
  • Rs. 2000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 5.00 -10 Lac CTC
  • Rs. 4000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 10-20 Lac CTC
  • Rs. 7000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 20-30 Lac CTC
  • Rs. 15000 upon Joining of Candidate(s) total CTC from 30+ Lac CTC

Performance Criteria per month to qualify to convert the OJT to employment opportunity:
  • Minimum 2 selections per month.

Selected HR Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle
  • Search requirements of hiring, connect with hiring and talent acquisition manager
  • Send contact information and email to discuss the Hiring requirements.
  • Source the candidate using social media, job boards, WhatsApp, etc., call the interested candidates, and screen for eligibility and interest.
  • Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects.
  • Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements.
  • Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements
  • Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Perform search, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic or video interviews of candidates sourced by the trainee
  • Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding.
Performance Matrix for full time employees.
  • Number of selections per month 
  • Number of Joining per month
  • Net Revenue generated per quarter


Requirements

Qualification Required: Post Graduation in any stream(Mandatory) 

Required Skills:
Fluent English communication and reading comprehension skills
Talkative and can strike conversations with strangers
