Job description

Join Hysopt, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up revolutionising HVAC engineering systems. We’re expanding internationally, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and driven SDR to help fuel our growth in 2025 and beyond!

Your Role: 

As one of our first SDR's, you’ll play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, enabling our high performing sales team to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (emails, calls, and social outreach) to generate new leads in key markets, including the UK, Nordics and the rest of Europe.
  • Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and research, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with HVAC industry trends, construction market insights, and technical innovations to engage effectively with prospects.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team, creating a seamless transition.

About You:

  • Proven success in lead generation for a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling a technical, niche, or complex solution.
  • Industry experience in HVAC or construction is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; French fluency is a bonus.
  • Experience with the UK and Nordics markets is a strong advantage.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to grow in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
