As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be at the center of our operations, keeping the operations, engineering, and sales team running smoothly and making a real impact. (By the way, we’ve been a Top Workplace in Philly for seven years straight—not a coincidence.)

What You’ll Do:

• Human Resources Operations:
  • Keep employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) tight and accurate.
  • Update job descriptions, policies, and procedures to keep us on point and compliant.
  • Handle payroll prep and salary updates, and document payroll actions like a pro.
  • Take charge of required government reporting and make sure it’s flawless.
• Performance & Development:
  • Own the company’s annual performance evaluation and career growth process — make sure it’s smooth and effective.
  • Take on special projects to level up our HR game and make things better for the team.
• Employee Support:
  • Be the go-to person for employees—answer their questions and keep them supported and effective in their jobs.
  • Help enhance a workplace environment that people love being a part of.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid Human Resources experience and education (degree in HR or related field preferred, but we care more about what you can do).
• Next-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ethical judgment, integrity, and the ability to keep things confidential.
• Clear communication and the kind of people skills that make others trust you.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities like a champ.
