Job description

Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Remote/Work from Anywhere in India
Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in various human resources functions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and more. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Assist in job posting on various platforms and sourcing candidates.
    • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  2. Onboarding & Documentation:

    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction coordination.
    • Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained.
  3. Employee Engagement:

    • Help organize employee engagement activities and virtual events.
    • Collect feedback and assist in creating a positive workplace environment.
  4. HR Operations:

    • Assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and managing databases.
    • Support payroll and attendance tracking processes.
  5. Policy and Compliance:

    • Help in drafting and updating HR policies under guidance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Knowledge of HR management systems (HRMS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR.
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance in India.
