Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team for the role of Marketing Assistant, working in the B2B wholesale and industrial manufacturing spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content.
  • Organize and manage content calendars to ensure timely publication.
  • Assist with sourcing, editing, and organizing images, graphics, and videos for
    marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Specialist to help implement marketing campaigns
    across email, print, social media, and other deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and help to prepare summary reports.
  • Support marketing and website project management as needed.
  • Monitor and engage with current and potential clients through company live chat
    systems on our websites.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and responding
    to comments and messages.
  • Assist with optimizing website content for SEO and SEM efforts.
  • Support in coordinating marketing initiatives with our sales teams.
  • Among others.

Requirements

  • + 2 years of experience in a marketing role, or closely related field.
  • Proficiency with the use of Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency or familiarity using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (ERP & CRM Systems), Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and marketing software such as MailChimp, TIDIO (live chat systems), and Monday.com (CRM systems).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills highly preferred (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing platforms, such as VEED.IO).

Salary: 

1500USD as a contractor.
