As the Marketing Associate at Crimson Rise & BDSA, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and executing various marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and engage with our target audience. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a talented marketing team and significantly impact the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities include:


Digital Marketing Campaigns Support (30%)

  • Assist the Head of Marketing in planning, creation, and execution of paid search, paid social and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategist on the optimization of digital campaigns, measure and report on the performance and trends of campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting webinars to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Assets creation (30%)

  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, such as ebooks, flyers, presentations, ad creatives, websites, and other visual assets that align with the brand identity.
  • Handle copywriting tasks in both English and Chinese, including social media ads, EDM campaigns, print collateral, and event descriptions.


SEO Strategy & Content Creation (30%)

  • Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including blog, social media, email campaigns, website, landing pages, and promotional materials (ebooks, flyers).
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitors to ensure our content remains engaging, captivating and insightful.

Partnerships management (10%)

  • Identify mutually beneficial marketing opportunities with potential partners (influencers, online magazines, independent consultancies) to drive brand visibility.
  • Generate quality content, promotional assets, and PR to build brand awareness, generate traffic, and attract new leads.


What skills and experience are required?

Required Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space.
  • A clear understanding of marketing fundamentals including brand language, buyer persona, key messaging, value propositions, and the sales funnel.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual branding and design.
  • Experience in social media marketing including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • The ability to think on your feet and work at a fast and exciting pace.
  • Time management skills and ability to adapt to work on a fully remote team.
  • Comfort constantly learning on the job, receiving feedback, and reverting immediately.
  • Sound judgment – and knowing when to ask for support.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly private and boarding schools, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, Webflow, Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.
