Business Development Representative

Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients through various channels
• Conduct outbound calls, send emails, and leverage other communication methods to engage with prospective clients
• Assess and qualify leads based to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively
• Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
• Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software
• Provide regular updates on outreach activities, lead status, and results to leadership
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or commensurate experience
• 1+ years experience working in sales or lead generation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to engage prospects and build relationships
• Self-motivation and dedication with a passion for selling and exceeding targets
• Strong project coordination and time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Technologically Savvy - able to quickly develop an understanding of our products and services
