About the role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor guiding customers through their journey from onboarding to renewal across our B2B software platform. Working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring customers achieve their business goals.
We're seeking a candidate who combines strong relationship-building skills with business acumen and a drive for results. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth through strategic upsell opportunities, while collaborating with our Customer Success, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to provide strategic direction and ensure customer satisfaction.
