Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a seasoned Client Partner to join our team in the United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing high-value accounts ranging from $10M to $20M in revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and experienced in collaborating with Indian offshore teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work on high-impact global projects while contributing to the organization’s long-term success.

  • Account Management:

    • Manage single accounts with annual revenues between $10M–$20M, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their business needs and concerns proactively.
  • Client Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior client stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and aligning services to client goals.
  • Collaboration with Offshore Teams:

    • Work closely with Indian offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.
    • Foster effective communication between client and offshore teams to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Planning and Growth:

    • Identify new business opportunities within the account to expand scope and revenue.
    • Develop account strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Performance Management:

    • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure the account's financial health.
    • Address performance gaps and implement corrective measures when necessary.


Requirements
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 20 years of experience managing high-value accounts, preferably with significant exposure to Indian offshore companies.
    • Proven track record of managing and growing single accounts valued between $10M–$20M.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with C and D level executives.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Adept at managing cross-functional teams and building consensus.
    • Ability to work effectively with Indian offshore teams, bridging cultural and operational differences
  • Other:

    • As this is US based role, prefer candidates who are US Citizens
