We are currently seeking a Thailand Channel Partner sales manager who will be responsible for driving significant revenue and profit growth through effective management of sales & marketing activities and value proposition for life science academy, government research institute, pharmaceutical companies and hospital accounts.  

This position is part of the South East Asia team located in Thailand and will be remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Define, develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to sustain continuous growth in responsible market with sales forecast & sales funnel management
  • Meet or exceed booking/revenue goals by executing sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing strategy
  • Ensure quality of work and compliance of all local government laws & regulations
  • Enhance effective communication within operations team and cross functional group to achieve company goals
  • Set relevant targets/quotas with distributors and continually monitors performance throughout the year.

The essential requirements for the job include

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent in other Science Discipline
  • At least 8 years of advancing experiences in related sales & marketing in life sciences sectors with desired consistent track record establishing relationships with dealers and channel partners
  • Proficient with business software (MS office, SFDC, MS Excel advance/Power BI at a minimum)
  • Ability to make business decisions on product, pricing, margin expenses etc. with strong communication skill in English to translate market strategy into an executable sales plan.
  • Ability to hold commercial events such as workshop, seminar and user meeting etc with channel partner and internal marketing and product managers based in Thailand 

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% internationally to attend training
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Power BI and SFDC funnel management skill preferred
